When you're ready to expand, additional homes ranging from a cozy tree home in Greenshade to a charming villa in Malabal Tor to a sprawling manor estate in The Rift are available across Tamriel. After completing the Homestead tutorial quest, you'll be given your first home: a modest room at a local inn. Homestead offers you your pick from nearly 40 unique homes. It released on the PTS January 3rd, 2017.
Player Housing or Homestead is the Elder Scrolls Online's player housing system, launched on February 6th, 2017, with Update 13.
